TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTERPRISE ORDERING

Returns: We will accept returns on most items within 10 days of the date of purchase. We cannot accept returns after 10 days. Items returned must have been unused, in their original packaging, and in sellable condition. If you decide to return anything, you are responsible for the cost of shipping it back to ADI Cosmetiques. We will refund you 95% of the value of products you return. We cannot accept returns on cuticle nippers, nail nippers, scalpels and blades, and tweezers.

Items lost in transit: ADI Cosmetiques will be responsible for replacing items lost or damaged in transit provided the goods left our premises, and we made the transportation arrangements with our suppliers. If goods left your premises as would be the case in a return, you must insure the goods for their full value at your expense.

Minimum order quantity: The minimum order for enterprise buying is $100. For the web site launch period from March 1 to June 30 2009 where shipping is free, we set the minimum order at $50!

Free shipping quantity: Outside of the web site launch period of March 1 to June 30 2009, we offer free shipping on orders exceeding $400. There will be a standard shipping charge applied to your order if it does not meet the free shipping limit.

Taxes: The prices shown on the web site do not include shipping, GST, and PST.

Terms of payment: If you are a regular buyer, we may grant you 30 days to pay. Otherwise, you must pay in advance by credit card or certified cheque.
